Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin from the date your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location and;
- Item size and weight
Any applicable shipping fees are shown before payment is completed.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you choose Authority to Leave at checkout:
- Your order may be left unattended at your nominated address
- Responsibility for the order transfers to you once delivery is completed
If ATL is not selected and delivery cannot be completed, re‑delivery fees may apply.
Bulky furniture deliveries
For larger furniture items:
Please ensure items will fit through doorways, lifts, and stairwells
We are unable to accept responsibility for failed deliveries caused by access limitations
Delivery delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Courier congestion
- Peak sales periods
- Industrial action
